Leading Designer requires an accomplished Architectural Technician to join their successful team

Working on a diverse portfolio of projects, you will providing the technical knowledge and skill to ensure that buildings are designed and built to the very highest standard.

You will be involved in projects from inception, with input in design, through planning and documentation to site and handover ensuring that all aspects of the client brief are met and that projects meet the company's exacting standard. You will also be a technical resource for others in the company, providing design and construction input in all aspects of projects, taking the lead where necessary or just providing expert advice.

To be considered for this role you will:

• be an accomplished Architect, Designer or Technician with a minimum of 8 years’ experience
• have a through understand of current NZ building regulations and codes
• possess a demonstrable portfolio of successful finished projects with an emphasis on large commercial or residential projects
• have very strong technical skills and construction knowledge and be able to demonstrate design flair
• be ArchiCAD proficient
