Senior Architectural Designer, Auckland, circa $110k
Blue chip client requires an accomplished Architectural Technician/Designer to join their technical team.
Working on a portfolio of large-scale projects, you will provide the technical knowledge and skills to ensure buildings are designed and built to the very highest standards. You will be involved in projects from planning through to documentation, site and handover, ensuring that all aspects of the projects meet the very highest expectations.
Taking the lead and giving expert advice where necessary, you will provide design and construction input at every stage of the project.
To be considered for this role you will:
- be an accomplished Designer or Technician with a minimum of 8 years’ experience
- have a through understanding of current NZ building regulations and codes
- possess a demonstrable portfolio of successful finished projects with an emphasis on large commercial or residential buildings
- have very strong technical skills and construction knowledge
- have extensive project and site management experience.
- be ArchiCAD or Revit proficient.
